Changes to Diyala districts a revival of Arabization policy: Kurdish MP
The merging of predominantly Kurdish subdistricts in Diyala province into a new Qaratapa district is reminiscent of Ba'ath-era Arabization policies, according to Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) MP Karwan Yarwais.
